About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Oregon Society of CPAs. As an integral member of our Executive Office, you will play a key role in supporting the President/CEO and implementing the Society's strategic objectives. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and activities for various committees, boards, and stakeholders. You will also manage databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will assist with membership processing, volunteer committee appointments, and renewals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Office team
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and activities for the OSCPA Board of Directors, Group Health Trust, and other committees
  • Managing databases, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with membership processing, volunteer committee appointments, and renewals

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in an administrative or association setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
