Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at Comfort Systems USA Southeast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial settings
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote our mechanical service solutions
  • Travel within a specified territory to meet with customers and prospects
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations
  • Prior sales experience in the construction or mechanical service industry is a plus
  • OSHA 10 hour certification (we will provide training if needed)
  • Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
