**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Director of Anatomic Pathology to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing laboratory managers, supervisors, and a large diverse support staff within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage laboratory managers, supervisors, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Work with managers, supervisors, Pathologist's Assistants, and Anatomic Pathology faculty to meet service goals, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure associate and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DOH, OSHA) and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory operations, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Laboratory Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in anatomic pathology laboratory management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with laboratory management, processes, workflow, and equipment.
