POSITION OVERVIEW
The Culinary Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee the daily operations of the venue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and organize all food items; manage opening and closing tasks; ensure stock replenishment and rotation as directed by the General Manager- Concessions and Regional Executive Chef.
- Set up non-food items for shifts; maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and professionalism; operate in a safe and efficient manner.
- Document daily event sheets and reports.
- Produce menu items promptly and in alignment with company standards.
- Follow instructions meticulously; maintain the work area and ensure proper food storage; manage opening and closing tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and house rules, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and mentoring of event personnel.
- Engage with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction.
- Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including specials and services.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty at the highest level. The following qualifications are necessary:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Professional training through culinary education or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant or catering facility is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to company service standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands and fingers, and handle controls. The employee frequently must reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
