Supervisor - Tea Around Town

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supervisor to join our team at Tea Around Town in Philadelphia. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, ensuring adequate staff coverage, and providing leadership to our teams of singing servers on board the tea bus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Confirm daily catering pick-ups and ensure all necessary materials are on board the tea bus
- Provide relief to staff as needed and assist with covering call-outs
- Assist with ticket scanning and customer boarding
- Report any inventory or bus-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Performance background with at least 3 years of performance experience
