Office Manager

Mr. Appliance of Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the smooth operation of our busy appliance repair business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and have experience managing teams in a customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the efficient operation of the office and schedules
- Manage and train Customer Service Representatives
- Inventory management and control
- Customer Relations: ensuring all customer needs are met while adhering to company policies
- Managing online reputation: responding to reviews and collaborating with corporate to maintain a positive online presence
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to our proprietary POS software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
