Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are in search of a highly organized and driven Task Log Coordinator (TLC) to support our New Product Sales division. The TLC will report directly to the Director of Emerging Markets (DOEM) and will be instrumental in overseeing our task log, facilitating sales initiatives, and enhancing the success of our new product launches. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's expansion and foster meaningful connections with both suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Log Oversight:
    • Ensure the task log is consistently updated with accurate information.
    • Delegate tasks to the appropriate individuals.
    • Supervise and guarantee prompt and precise task execution.
  • Sales Assistance:
    • Examine quoted and open logs, ensuring timely customer follow-up through phone or email.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive and precise quotes for new products promptly.
    • Encourage proactive sales efforts, contributing to overall sales growth.
    • Monitor essential metrics such as speed to quote, revenue, win rate, accuracy, and inventory turnover rate.
  • Product Familiarity:
    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of motor inventory and product offerings.
    • Participate in and successfully complete product training sessions.
  • Relationship Development:
    • Establish and nurture strong connections with suppliers and clients.
    • Handle incoming sales inquiries, documenting and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Communicate efficiently both internally and externally to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Execute all other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
