Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Guest Services.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in various operational tasks to drive sales and profitability. This involves:

  • Developing and mentoring staff to enhance performance.
  • Managing expenses and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Overseeing merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old and possess prior experience in retail or management.

This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
