Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Correspondence Representative II to join our team at The Word & Brown Companies. As a Correspondence Representative II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correspondence and Communication: Compose clear and concise written correspondence, including pending item requests, denials, confirmations, memos, and letters.
  • Customer Interaction: Place outbound calls to obtain missing or incomplete information on forms, and interact with customers to resolve issues.
  • Form Processing: Review and process various forms, including employee applications, change request forms, employee termination forms, and web-based forms.
  • Data Entry: Enter accurate and timely comments into Pegasus and/or Doc-Link.
  • Quality and Quantity: Meet department standards for quality and quantity of work, and maintain department and team standards for turnaround times.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 3+ years of office and/or customer service experience required, with at least one year of data entry experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, grammatical, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office software, web-based technology, and ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Working Environment

This position requires regular attendance and punctuality, and is required to sit for 95% of the time. Must be able to walk, utilize stairs, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30lbs. Close vision required.
