Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in event planning and marketing a plus.
Work Environment

This role requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be exposed to moderate noise levels and may be required to work in a smoke-filled environment.
