Job Summary:

You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and establish goals and plans of care that address their unique needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement physical therapy interventions using standard and specialized techniques to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.
