Sales Professional for Small Business Services
ADP is seeking a sales professional to join our team in Small Business Services. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales and reaching sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network.
Requirements
- A positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- An agile solution seeker who can find answers and solutions even in times of fast-paced change.
- A continuous learner who is always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done in the past to make them even better.
With a college degree and prior work experience in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or a relevant industry, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this role. Bonus points for prior quota-carrying experience and the ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
