Job Description

Sales and Design Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales and Design Representative for Custom Cabinets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for measuring and designing custom cabinets, as well as acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Measure and design custom cabinets to meet client specifications
  • Utilize software such as 20/20, KCD, Cabinet Vision, and Mozaic to create accurate designs
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Set appointments and schedule client meetings
  • Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships
  • Utilize our Dream 100 method to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Enter client orders and manage inventory

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 60 pounds
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to excel in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay Range: $35,000 to $55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
