Medical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our donors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
- Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
- Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).

RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required, with certification in phlebotomy or medical assisting a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
