Position: Biomedical Equipment Specialist
Duration: 24 months (potential for extension)

Shift: 7AM-3PM (Flexible)

Job Overview:
As a Biomedical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the in-house maintenance and repair of medical devices and equipment. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures through established protocols. You will conduct maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired devices, while also preparing detailed reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-house servicing and repairs of biomedical equipment.
  • Diagnose failures using established procedures.
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products.
  • Prepare reports for analysis of product performance and serviceability.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to gather information for diagnostics.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Compensation:
$33.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Monday to Friday

Application Requirements:
  • Experience in repairing or servicing medical/biomedical equipment is preferred.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
  • Field service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Electronics repair: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Mechanical troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Calibration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Medical Device experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Electronics Repair/installation: 3 years (Preferred)
