Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
  • Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
  • Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Prolonged glove wear required for 90% of work tasks due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).

Starting Hourly Wage: $The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
