Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all instructions from Supervisors, Operators, and Department Managers in a respectful manner.
  • Receive training on the setup, troubleshooting, and operation of production equipment.
  • Understand product specifications with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare materials for the next shift to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Communicate effectively with the incoming shift to relay important information.
  • Maintain accurate and legible production reports.
  • Identify and report any issues to supervision and maintenance teams.
  • Keep the work area organized and clean, following housekeeping policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Consistent work history.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in reading measurements.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and measure using a tape ruler.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Capability to operate powered industrial equipment (training provided).
  • Willingness to achieve certification as a Technician and pursue personal growth through our certification process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Well-organized with a demonstrated history of initiative.
  • Familiarity with current OSHA safety regulations.
