Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: San Jose, CA (In-office 3-4 days a week)

Contract Length: 6 months (converting top performers)

Experience Level: 5+ Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of micro merchants, providing proactive support and guidance to help them maximize the value of PayPal's products and services.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.


• Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their ongoing success.

Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within a tech enterprise, with a strong understanding of the SMB market and the unique challenges faced by micro merchants.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive client success.


• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving client success, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
