Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration, direction, and operations of Human Resources for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain performance appraisal systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to provide direction and counsel on employment matters related to our associates.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual wage and salary reviews and administration.
  • Monitor compliance with established personnel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the transition and orientation of new associates, as well as monitor and assist with training efforts.
  • Liaise with hotel associates regarding benefits administration and conduct self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within Concord Hospitality.
  • Responsible for assisting with payroll processing and adhering to all policies and procedures established by the company, brand, and government.
  • Project an enthusiastic, optimistic, and helpful attitude, providing a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.
  • Assist other Leadership Team members and/or managers as needed, understanding and consistently enforcing all company SOPs and policies.
  • Ensure the proper execution of HR documentation, procedures, and policies are in place and being consistently executed.
