Job Title: Human Resources Manager

CompTech is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Create a compensation strategy that aligns with market research and pay surveys, and ensures fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and benefits laws.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to employees.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Maintain and improve HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and experience with HR information systems.
  • Knowledge: Broad knowledge of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations.
  • Culture: Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
