Job Overview

destinationone Consulting is seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare practice adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure our organization stays compliant with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and resources to staff on compliance policies and best practices.
  • Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on compliance status and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
