ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. As an Admissions Counselor, you will play a critical role in the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations to support student success and benefit.

Determine student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for Job Corps enrollment, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Supervise assigned Work-Based Learning (WBL) students, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the program.

Qualifications and Requirements

Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field, with two years of related experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
