Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory deployment plans
  • Manage and track inventory levels, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
  • Establish and maintain inventory parameters, including ABC analysis and safety stock settings
  • Monitor and analyze inventory metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
