Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory deployment plans
- Manage and track inventory levels, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Establish and maintain inventory parameters, including ABC analysis and safety stock settings
- Monitor and analyze inventory metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
- Participate in physical inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
