Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in production support and on-call management.
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining Linux-based operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with logging on Linux servers and accessing file systems.
- Proficiency in scripting with Perl, Shell, and Bash.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as MSCE or A+ are required, with MSCE being preferred.
- AWS certifications (AWS SysOps, DevOps) are a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, Dynatrace, Kibana, and Logstash is advantageous.
