  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the organization's financial strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and budget preparations.
  • Participate in executive committee meetings, contributing to strategic planning and providing leadership in the formulation of both short- and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive review, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Guarantee compliance with corporate income tax regulations through the timely preparation of tax returns and leveraging advantageous tax codes.
  • Oversee the Accounting Department's operations, ensuring efficient management of accounts receivable and payable, including billing processes and cash flow management.
  • Facilitate the budget planning process, delivering precise analyses of financial reports to assist senior leadership in their fiscal responsibilities.
  • Enhance the budgeting process by educating department managers on financial matters that impact their respective budgets.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance on critical organizational decisions, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports through regular evaluations and constructive feedback, fostering professional development.
  • Optimize banking relationships and implement strategies for financial improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure adherence to company expenditure policies and meet stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience in public accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated expertise in job-specific software and systems.
  • Prior experience as a Controller is essential.
