Position: Bilingual Healthcare Customer Support Specialist
Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour (Based on experience)
Experience Required:
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Preferred: one (1) year of experience in marketing.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Employment Type: Full-time; Contractual
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Availability for Saturday shifts as required)
Array Corporation is in search of a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to enhance our vibrant and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-language assistance to members regarding their benefits and healthcare access.
- Organize and facilitate health-related events for community organizations.
- Coordinate and communicate general maintenance needs with the Facilities Management team.
- Oversee equipment, inventory, center supplies, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and assess service utilization and traffic flow.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Collaborate closely with Field Engagement and Sales teams to design programs and activities for the center.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the Community Center.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese at a business level (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Possession of Life Agent and Notary Public Licenses is advantageous; however, training and licensing support will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly with senior populations, are preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Physical capability to sit for extended periods, as well as to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.
