Job Summary:

Verda Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused TeleSales and Retention Representative Bilingual to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Medicare insurance products to customers over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to prospective members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell Medicare insurance products to customers, explaining the benefits and features of each plan in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and one of the following languages: Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of call center or related TeleSales and/or customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in benefits, including Medicare Advantage Plans.
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor, even in charged situations.
  • Data entry and general computer skills required.
  • Effective communication (oral and written) skills, with a professional and pleasant telephone manner.
