About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the standards for customer engagement and ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll work closely with your team to create a personalized shopping experience that meets the unique needs of each customer.

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and understanding their needs and preferences. This will involve getting to know our customers and their pets, and using that knowledge to create a tailored shopping experience.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work with your team to develop their skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and support to ensure they're equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll be responsible for driving overall retail initiatives that focus on creating an exceptional customer experience. This will involve working closely with other departments to ensure that our stores are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming, and that our customers have access to the products and services they need.
