Job Title: Account Manager

At UFP Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive sales growth
  • Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers
  • Generate new sales by promoting product lines to new and existing customers
  • Troubleshoot problems for customers
  • Qualify customers' creditworthiness
  • Monitor sales market in assigned region
  • Prepare various reports as required
  • Accounts receivable management
  • Month-end inventory participation
Requirements:
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant building material sales, selling roof and floor trusses
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software for business applications
  • Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
  • Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
