Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and adjusters to scope and estimate reconstruction projects
  • Use information provided by field technicians to write accurate and detailed estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers and adjusters to ensure timely and profitable project completion
  • Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and third-party administrators
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for new losses
Requirements
  • Proficient in estimating software and technologies such as DASH, Xactimate, and Symbility
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet operational objectives and track metrics
