Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ruths Chris Steak House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with our restaurant management team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant environments.
  • Formal culinary training and education preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
