Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at MARANA 3 LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless stay.

Main Tasks:

  1. Accurately register and assign rooms to guests, prioritizing guest satisfaction and efficiency.
  2. Verify and update reservation records to prevent overbooking and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  4. Process payments from departing guests securely, handling various payment methods efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, leveraging property management systems effectively.
  6. Share relevant guest information with internal departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as front desk service, is highly valued.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with guests, colleagues, and managers.

Compensation: $57,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
