About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Desk team as a Guest Experience Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest experiences, providing essential information, fulfilling requests, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance, upholding the park's philosophy.
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including verifying customer waivers and processing sales transactions.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone entering and leaving the facility.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, retail items, programs, promotions, and discounts.
  • Enhance guest experiences using our SMILES philosophy.
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Develop the ability to work independently and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.
  • Communicate any issues or occurrences involving staff or guests to management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Required to be available weekends.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High energy.
  • Professional 'Altitude' attitude and work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
