We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Water Production Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in water treatment processes, including conventional filtration treatment processes and reverse osmosis technology.
Key Responsibilities- Support environmental engineers in carrying out assignments related to water production facilities, water distribution systems, and drinking water compliance programs.
- Assist with updating drinking water regulatory plans and reports, and assist with distribution system-related programs such as the Main Cleaning Program.
- Perform data analysis in excel, collect samples in the field or laboratory, and track lab samples.
- Develop maps and write reports or procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
- Superior math skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
- At least Junior class standing.
- Completed coursework in environmental engineering, water treatment, groundwater resources, hydrogeology, chemistry, water quality, and public health.
As an intern with our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
