Job Title: Group Sales Manager

NASCAR is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Group Sales team at Homestead-Miami Speedway. As a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving ticket revenue and building strong relationships with existing and new group sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Group Sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ticket revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including track leadership, local colleges and universities, and existing and new group sales accounts
  • Collaborate with track departments to ensure seamless execution of group sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a sports sales environment
  • Prior experience in a group sales environment and leading a team
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous CRM platform experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment:

The Group Sales Manager will work in an indoor office setting and outdoor conditions, including varying weather conditions, fumes, and noise. The position requires occasional travel and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
