Role Summary

Samsung SDS America is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to spearhead the development and execution of demand generation strategies and programs that drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, LinkedIn Campaigns, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Lead Generation and Nurturing
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation and nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyer's journey.
  • Lead Handoff: Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and ensure alignment.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
Content Syndication and Media Relations
  • Content Syndication: Identify and build relationships with suitable B2B tech media outlets.
  • Content Creation: Develop alliances for content syndication to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Brand Visibility: Create and manage content syndication campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Database Management and Marketing Automation
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure lead data accuracy and perform regular data cleaning.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and measure ROI.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and create reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the B2B technology sector with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software or tools related to Email Marketing Automation platforms, Google Suite, content creation, internal communications, and marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Travel: Business traveling up to ~20%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Marketing Automation: Knowledge and experience with Eloqua is a strong plus.
  • Communications: Certifications related to marketing or communications are a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain and procurement space is a plus.
