Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainment strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management, to drive performance and excellence
- Lead proposal development and management efforts, including generating and leading proposal inputs on relevant scope
- Responsible for resolving cost, scope, and schedule issues, and establishing and driving roadmaps for sustainment activities
- Balancing alignment between program and product roadmap objectives, and supporting the Risk & Opportunity process
- Regularly interact with the USG customer and Country Unique Customer, and develop and deliver advanced, system-specific training
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum 8 years of relevant Program or Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems or managing project or program cost, schedule, and risk
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead
- Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs
- Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems
- Experience with proposals development/management
- Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes
