Job Summary

Deliver exceptional dining experiences by serving food and beverages to guests at scheduled events. Ensure accurate execution of all events during your shift, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
  • Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Arrange tables and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
  • Thoroughly clean the event area after each event and return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
