Job Title: Air Resources Supervisor I

Join the State Air Resources Board as an Air Resources Supervisor I and play a key role in advancing California's clean air goals. As a member of the Sustainable Transportation and Communities Division, you will oversee the Zero Emission Vehicle Market Advancement Section, developing and implementing market support initiatives to encourage the adoption of zero-emission vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff in developing and implementing market support initiatives for zero-emission vehicles.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry stakeholders to advance California's clean air goals.
  • Manage projects and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with other sections in the branch and California Air Resources Board divisions to support vehicle regulatory programs.
Working Conditions:

This position may be eligible for hybrid in-office work and in-state telework. While the CARB may support telework, some in-person attendance is also required.

The position is located in a high-rise building and requires being stationary for extended periods. Standard office environment with artificial lighting, controlled temperature, and daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
