Job Title: Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer

Job Summary:

The State Water Resources Control Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Division of Financial Assistance, you will be responsible for managing and supervising three funding programs: the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and Water Recycling Funding Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise three funding programs: Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and Water Recycling Funding Program.
  • Under the direction of the Assistant Deputy Director, provide technical guidance and support to staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective program management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and state laws.

Requirements:

  • Must have a PE license.
  • Must have Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer list, transfer, or reinstatement eligibility and be reachable on the certification list.
  • Must have a college degree obtained outside the United States that meets accreditation standards, with education records evaluated by a credentials evaluation service.
