Lifestyle Director

Worth Ross Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifestyle Director to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for managing operations, maintenance, and oversight of community events for our luxury community in Flower Mound.

• Develop and implement community events and activities that promote a sense of community and enhance the overall resident experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with neighboring businesses to foster positive and longstanding relationships within the community.
• Coordinate and administer the community website, including creating and publishing content, managing social media, and ensuring website accuracy and currency.
• Enlist and oversee volunteer social committees to support community events and activities.
• Coordinate and hire independent instructors as needed to provide classes and activities for residents.
• Document and maintain records of all events for future use.
• Maintain various Association files and obtain necessary credentials/certifications and advise on any necessary social event insurance.

• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field from a two-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, marketing and customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; Standing, sitting, walking and occasional climbing.
• Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
• On-call 24/7.
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends based on project requirements.
• Driving when necessary.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
