We are seeking a highly skilled AR Billing/Accounting Assistant to join our team at Addison Group. This role involves managing accounts receivable, billing, and general administrative support in a small, casual office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing processes across various departments and handle collections.
  • Coordinate with vendors for lien waivers and provide light accounts payable support.
  • Serve as backup for phone coverage, ensuring smooth communication and payment collection via calls and emails.
  • Prepare and submit invoices for all departments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and various database software.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and billing functions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients for payment collections.
  • Comfortable in a casual office setting with pets present.
