Client Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for clients, prospects, and external partners.
- Engage in client meetings - addressing concerns, discussing beneficiaries, assisting with technology, and documenting notes.
- Guide clients on the online tools and resources available to enhance their experience.
- Facilitate the opening, transferring, and closing of client accounts while maintaining accurate account records.
- Handle all necessary documentation to establish, maintain, and service client accounts.
- Respond to incoming communications in a professional manner to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Collaborate with Professional Partners to build relationships that cater to client needs.
- Experience in Wealth Management is essential.
- Possession of a Series 65 license is mandatory.
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
- Administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe is required.
- Experience with CRM databases is preferred but not mandatory.
