Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for clients, prospects, and external partners.
  • Engage in client meetings - addressing concerns, discussing beneficiaries, assisting with technology, and documenting notes.
  • Guide clients on the online tools and resources at their disposal.
  • Open, transfer, and close client accounts while maintaining accurate account records.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to establish, maintain, and service client accounts.
  • Respond to incoming communications via email and phone in a professional manner to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
  • Collaborate with Professional Partners to build relationships that fulfill client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wealth Management is essential.
  • Possession of a Series 65 license is mandatory.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe is required.
  • Experience with CRM databases is preferred but not mandatory.
