About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kestra Holdings. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our existing client base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations that can drive growth and revenue for our company.
  • Financial Planning: Provide expert financial planning and investment advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, with a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, financial planning, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in financial planning and investment analysis, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
