Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at CoCard Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach and research
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
