About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at CoCard Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach and research
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
