Key Responsibilities

As a Contract Management Specialist at Aurora Technologies, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 employees in the Contract Management department. Your duties will include developing and optimizing workflows within your area of responsibility, handling contracts and tenders for the Sales and Customer Service division, and reviewing and processing sales, rental, and other contracts in compliance with business risks, in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal departments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a completed degree in business law or business administration with a focus on commercial law, or a commercial education with strong knowledge of business and contract law. You should also have professional and leadership experience in Contract or Project Management, as well as international contract law. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is also required. Additionally, you should have the ability to lead and motivate employees, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a cooperative, service-oriented work style.
