Role Summary

We are in search of a Director of Agency Partnerships to spearhead our forthcoming independent agent distribution initiative. Candidates must be residents of Texas to qualify for this position.

The Director of Agency Partnerships will focus on driving profitable growth by enhancing sales performance and nurturing relationships with both new and existing agencies. This pivotal role will collaborate with various team members to facilitate onboarding and account engagement, fostering swift adoption of LOOP's offerings, boosting sales efficiency, and ensuring client retention. You will work closely with our VP of Insurance Operations, insurance operations teams, product development, and other key stakeholders to design, refine, and implement strategies that optimize productivity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential Partner Agents through a structured interview process to ensure alignment in production capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Partner Agents to stimulate profitable growth.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate strategies and objectives to enhance performance.
  • Lead the onboarding and orientation processes for new partners, creating and delivering training materials based on quality assurance insights and cross-departmental requirements.
  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into the distribution channel and drive optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license in Texas (additional states are advantageous).
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in high-performance account management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of private-passenger auto insurance coverages as provided by LOOP.
  • Experience within an insurance carrier environment, with a commitment to supporting partner agencies in their growth.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Experience in developing training materials specific to insurance and sales.
  • Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with state insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies as we enhance our processes and workflows.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time remote position, with the option to work from our headquarters.
  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000, based on experience and subject to change.
  • Time Distribution: 40% relationship management with partner agencies, 20% training development and implementation, 20% performance analysis and reporting, 10% process enhancement, and 10% engagement in special projects.
