Auctane is seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our global team of creative professionals. This individual will be responsible for elevating our brand strategies and delivering fresh and new expressions that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a multi-national, multi-time zone team and has successfully engaged with a broad stakeholder set. They will be able to develop elevated aesthetics, visually cohesive campaigns, and tell a powerful story through their work.

The Creative Director will work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product Management, Product Design, Sales, and others to deliver a unified and consistent brand experience across all channels. They will also mentor and motivate others to solve interesting challenges to reach our audiences in new and innovative ways.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, executing creative for rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, events, incentives, and approaches, and recruiting and leading a team of skilled designers and content producers.

The successful candidate will have a strong design training and instincts, with a proven track record of leading direct management as well as cross-team influence to reach creative campaign goals. They will also be comfortable with providing creative feedback and managing feedback processes.
