  • Ministry Advancement
a. Provides training for the Creative Arts volunteer team across diverse age groups to support audio-visual functions.
b. Aids in formulating annual measurable objectives for the ministry in collaboration with the Director of Creative Arts.

  • Program Management
a. Oversees and coordinates audio-visual requirements for all church events.
b. Maintains accountability for the acquisition, maintenance, repair, installation, and effective use of audio-visual equipment.
c.

Supports fellow Creative Arts team members in the following areas:

i. Designing slides and graphics for worship services, conferences, and other gatherings.
ii. Planning staging and lighting for major meeting spaces.
iii. Producing videos for various events, promotions, and training.
iv. Creating content for social media, websites, and applications.
v. Facilitating live streaming when necessary.
vi. Recruiting, training, and scheduling team members.
d. Collaborates with other ministry departments regarding audio-visual needs for special events.
e. The Creative Technical Specialist will undertake any additional tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Reporting Structure:
The Creative Technical Specialist will report directly to the Director of Creative Arts.

c. Enthusiasm for ministry and a passion for leading others.
d. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety guidelines and procedure manuals.
e. Proficient in writing reports and correspondence.
f. Effective communication skills for addressing groups of volunteers.
g. Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
h. Capability to handle problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
